I shoot and edit all the videos myself in mostly Yellowstone National Park solely for fun and enjoyment of wildlife. All of my work now uses customized video equipment that is highly portable and yet very specific. You don't get any second takes, you have to be ready, there isn't any power but your battery. I started my journey with a single iPhone and a cheap set of binoculars. Please note I do not interfere in any situation. US National Park's rule is nature is as it always has been and left alone, regardless as hard as that can be to watch; I am only a spectator.

WOLVES MAKE A KILL ON BRIDGE - Wolves - Yellowstone National Park - YellowstoneVideo.com
The Junction pack makes an very early morning yearling kill at the end of the Lamar River bridge. We had heard that they trapped the bison yearling crossing the bridge and brought it down on the east side of the bridge crossing the Lamar River. #yellowstonenationalpark #wolves

Bison Funeral - They Mourn The Fallen - Yellowstone National Park - Yellowstone Wolves
Переглядів 3,1 тис.9 місяців тому
Bison mourn one of their own that we believe to have been a cow that died the day before of complications from its calf delivery. Bison have been observed appearing to mourn the death of their herd members. When a bison dies in Yellowstone National Park, the herd will often gather around the carcass to pay their respects and protect it. Other animals, like wolves and grizzly bears, will keep th...
WOLVES HUNTING BISON - a pack of wolves out hunting bison calves in Yellowstone National Park

It was a cold and rainy day when I spotted a pack of wolves preparing to go on a hunt. This video shows them getting ready and then testing a couple herd of bison. I recorded as long as I could until the rain and thunder was just too much to stay out in.

Junction Butte Wolf Pack Hunts Elk in Yellowstone National Park
Why they don't even try to hunt the birds at his side? It is really curious how nature works and how each one have their roles and each one of the animals understand it
Well it isn't that they "don't" it is really that they are rarely successful at catching birds. Most bears and wolves hate eagles and crows because they compete for food but they know they very seldom get the chance to catch a bird so why bother. Note that sometimes they encounter a dumb bird and they will kill it. I have seen a wolf get a jump on a young eagle and it killed the bird and tore it apart.
I have no idea why some people have the notion that black bears are not dangerous aggressive apex predators. A few weeks ago I read about a black bear in florida that appeared annoyed when a huge alligator tried atracking him. The bear smacked and tossed the alligator around and then went back into the water to cool off.
You are very right - remember the guy in AZ "A 66-year-old man was having a morning coffee when a male black bear dragged him down an embankment. A neighbor shot and killed the animal, officials said." www.cnn.com/2023/06/17/us/arizona-bear-man-killed-attack-unprovoked/index.html
When you’re hungry you’ll take chances you normally wouldn’t!!😮😮
a new wolf? What is that?
Do you think that was a small female grizzly (still looked almost as large as the black bear) and a fully grown male black bear?
Probably or a young male that might have been in his first year alone. The black bear was probably 7+ year old male.
@@Yellowstonewolves Thanks for the response my friend! Great video.

👏👍
Maybe a new mother & did not realise the baby was not keeping up. So good she came back. Thank you.
Imagine, if jamie pulled this one out for Joe Rogan!! 😅
That's got to be a cub Grizzly cause Grizzlies or bigger and more aggressive than a black bear. And the Grizzlies here must not be as ferocious as the big ass Grizzlies in Alaska. Cause ain't no way that Grizzly running away.
Remember how you felt when you thought mom had left you at the grocery store, then you see she's still there?
I did not know bisons had funerals that’s very interesting
Black bear vs Grizzly bear Winner: birds!
Im speechless 😯 Mom determination!!!!!
7:12 bros emoting mid fight.
Looked like a younger grizzly...
Great teamwork that the coyotes had displayed. Some of them would distract the wolf and the others would take a bite out of its tail to ensure that the wolf wouldn’t touch their food.
Sharing is caring
Well done!!
Leave things alone is said to not harm but never should be said when it comes to making a difference n something can be done to aid and help wildlife and nature flourish. But i guess
Problem: you made it sound like they fight, and they dont. So: Great footage, would have liked were it not for misleading title, but dislike from me.
Black bear left because that young grizzly bear was about to challenge him hence the scent marking to show dominance.
That wasn't a fight. 😂 he simply ran away
Brutal. I would think they would "moo" for each other?
Cub Grizzly and a very nice black boar. Still a remarkable interaction. Nice catch.
Amazing footage.
This is much better than Davis Attenborough pretty picture nonsense. Just the real ruthless harshness of nature, selfish and violent forever.
never knew bald eagles scavenge like that
Black bear identifies as a grizzly n grizzly identifies as a teddy
Large black bear boars can be as large as the average female grizzly.
Jesus, camera just about gave me a seizure.
This is amazing, I wouldn't have the courage to hike out there around them, I live in southwest Virginia and we have bear, they are getting plentiful, im still not used to it.
That black bear had seen enough and he was ready to face off with the grizzly
Wasn't any VS's...😏wtH....✌🏿
Well, I’m shocked obviously that must not have been an adult grizzly great filming
Nature is very unpredictable. A pack of wild dogs can kill a Lion.
dam, how badass you can be to make grizzly run from you
That's not the black bears in your grandma's garbage bins. gdamn.
I’m not too sure about that, that black bear had some good size and confidence from my point of view; not to mention it appears he already had his “fill” and left him scraps
Looks like the two have had met before and the Black Bear showed more dominance, maybe the grizzly is a young bear, Probably the table will turn in a couple of years or so .
It looks more like a black bear not a grizzly
Wow! 🐻
Saw it 43 years ago in Yellowstone. It was a dead elk and the black bear was keeping the grizzly at bay.
I would MUCH rather watch videos such as yours than ones of disrespectful tourists doing things and going places they have been specifically told not to!! Well done❤
The Antlers! ❤
At least the grizzly let him have a few extra bites
Looks like a bald eagle eating on the bison too!! That black bear must have read art of war.😂😂😂
Bison like to play with toys too! She got her horn caught. Saw that many times when I was raising them.
Bears always be shittin.
Bro there’s a whole Bald eagle just right there
